Health plans that we accept:

We accept Medicare Part B, most PPO’s, and some HMO’s with prior authorization. We have insurance experts who will check to see if your plan is accepted prior to our visit. Please contact our office with any questions.

Please be advised that as of 2020, we can no longer bill against the old Medicare numbers. In order to ensure accurate billing, we must have the new number. Refer to the example below.
