Aunna is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Wound Care and Dermatology. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, she and her husband moved to Florida to be closer to family in Tampa and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

She began her career in business management and marketing before transitioning to healthcare. After earning her BSN in 2015, she worked as a Registered Nurse across multiple Level 1 trauma hospitals in Omaha. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked as a travel nurse while completing her Master of Science in Nursing.
She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, combining clinical experience with advanced knowledge in adult and elderly care. With a unique blend of healthcare expertise and business acumen, Aunna is excited to contribute to the Florida community.

One of her strengths is empathy and compassion: A provider should genuinely care for patients and express understanding towards their physical and emotional well-being. Another strength is patience and attentiveness. She believes that good providers must be patient listeners, giving ample time to patients to express their concerns and ask questions.
