Lynsey Materni is a certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who specializes in Wound Care and Dermatology. She is a rare central Florida native and has dedicated her life to the field of medicine.

She started her path in the field of medicine where she worked as a Registered Nurse for over years in various departments such as Emergency Medicine and Orthopedics. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Central Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University. She furthered her studies with a Post-Graduate Certification as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.

One of her personal strengths is trustworthiness and reliability. It is important to find a provider who is trustworthy and reliable, ensuring that they are dependable and will prioritize their patients’ needs. Her other personal strengths include strong problem-solving skills. She believes that good providers should be able to analyze symptoms, diagnose conditions accurately, and develop effective treatment plans.

In her current role, Lynsey is a team leader and role model to new Nurse Practitioners in the field. She loves what she does and is willing to go the extra mile. She loves to teach and encourages others to practice excellent medicine. She is compassionate, understanding thorough and loves providing care for her patients.
