Ralph Weaver is a certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who specializes in Wound Care and Dermatology. He was born in Delaware and moved to Florida for family and its beautiful weather. He started his path in the field of medicine in 2010 where he received his Nursing license. He then practiced nursing in many areas including the Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit and Medical- Surgical unit where he cared for multiple emergencies and patients with multi-organ failures, and those requiring life support.

Ralph received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University and his Master of Science in Nursing from South University. He furthered his studies with a Post-Graduate Certification as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.

One of his personal strengths is empathy and compassion. He believes a provider should genuinely care for patients and express understanding towards their physical and emotional well-being, His other personal strengths include excellent communication. He believes that effective communication helps the provider convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
